Prior to co-founding LucidHelix solutions, Dale worked as a software developer at IBM's Toronto software lab on their DB2 database product. Dale then started as an FPGA developer at Vecima Networks in 2005. Dale quickly rose to supervising a group of 7 FPGA developers doing designs for the Cable Television Industry. At Vecima Networks, Dale also managed vendor relationships with various FPGA suppliers.
